Housing Radii It is recommended that corner radii r2 should be 0.25mm/0.50mm (0.010/0.020), for cross sections d2 up to 2.00mm (0.078). Over 2.00mm cross section, r2 should be 0.50mm/0.75mm (0.020/0.030). Edge radii r1 should be 0.10mm/0.22mm (0.004/0.010).

Lead in Chamfers
An O-Ring can be damaged by sharp corners or edges during installation. It is therefore recommended that a lead in chamfer z, be incorporated to obviate any such damage. All edges to be rounded.
